Volunteers are at the heart and soul of Friends Fur Life Rescue! It does not matter if you are helping out at our events or assisting with our animals, we have a place and a job for everyone. We are even in need of volunteers just to do paperwork and phone calls for the animals, which can actually be done from the comfort of your home. With no facility, we are a foster based rescue. Fostering allows us to learn more about the animals in order to better place them, as well as to get them accustomed to living in a home! Fosters are essential to our ability to save lives! Friends Fur Life pays for vetting, food, and other essentials, while fosters provide a safe, comfortable place, along with love and guidance! We, at Friends Fur Life Rescue, are animal lovers who work to find FUREVER homes for homeless pets. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit and rely on the donations and fundraisers. Our rescues are taken into foster homes to prepare them for adoption.
