This form is for our records and is used to make sure that the animal is going to the best forever home.

Adoption acceptance is not guaranteed, if you have a setup at home we will need to come to vet your home and setup. Vetting can now be done remotely via phone or tablet.

By completing this form the animal will be reserved in your name. There is a weekly minimum £10 Reservation Donation requirement. This will reserve the animal for enitialy 1 week. If you need more time please tell the advisor when they contact you.

Reservation Fee: We charge a weekly reservation fee of £10 until the adoption is completed. This is non-transferable and non-refundable. All funds help to keep the rescue running and stop the abuse of our reservation system. *
