I understand that TNR A Better Chance is an animal rescue and shelter, with headquarters located at 320 Ichord Avenue, Suite J, Waynesville, Pulaski County, Missouri, and which operates under the business names of Kitten Division Adoption Center and Spay Neuter Wellness Clinic. References to any of these entities, applies to all.

I understand that TNR A Better Chance is the sole and rightful owner of the animal(s) in my foster care. All decisions regarding all foster pet(s) are to be made by TNR A Better Chance Foster Program Team Member.

I understand that I do not have the authority to give, transfer, adopt out, or otherwise give custody of any foster animal(s) to any other person, or organization. If I wish to adopt my foster pet(s), I must go through the normal adoption process and pay the normal adoption fee.

I agree to return my foster pet(s) within 24 hours of request by any member of the TNR A Better Chance Management. I also agree to notify the TNR A Better Chance Foster Program Team Member with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if I need to return my foster pet(s) before the agreed upon date. Failure to return my foster pet(s) will result in my being responsible to pay the full adoption fee for each foster pet that I fail to return.

I agree that animals in foster care will be always kept indoors and in a separate room than other pets in my household. The foster pet(s) shall be always under the immediate control and protection of the foster parent(s).

I agree to incorporate the foster animal(s) into my daily routine; if canines to crate and leash train; to housebreak (canine) or litter train (feline); administer medication as directed by Foster Program Team Member; socialize and work through any behavioral problems.

I agree to hold TNR A Better Chance harmless from any direct, or consequential damages arising out of this foster care agreement. I hereby accept this animal and assume all the risks and responsibility associated with this animal; including but not limited to scratches and/or bites, and fully and completely release, indemnify and hold harmless, TNR A Better Chance, its owners, directors, volunteers, and agents from any claim, cause, action, or liability, of any sort or nature, whether, known or unknown, directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with, this animal.
