Spay/Neuter Initiative Program - SNIP

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM: SNIP is a program to help offset the cost of spay/neuter by paying a portion of the cost for City of Bryant residents ONLY to have their own dog or cat spayed or neutered. SNIP is a program that is paid out of public funds, and is only available to residents living within the Bryant City limits only. Proof of current residency within the City of Bryant is required. (Please check with us if you are not sure if you are a Bryant resident.) If you do not have the ability to submit forms electronically via email to us, please come into our office to apply for a voucher in person or mail copies of the required documents to us at: SNIP Application c/o Bryant Animal Control, 25700 Interstate 30 N, Bryant AR 72022. Applications for vouchers received after October 31st will only be considered if the pet already has a spay/neuter appointment, and we are notified in advance of the application. Otherwise, all applications submitted after October 31st will be considered the following calendar year. Vouchers are distributed as long as funds are available. Please use a separate submission form for each animal. You may apply for multiple vouchers for multiple animals. Vouchers are for privately owned animals, not for animals in rescue or feral cats. IMPORTANT Proof of residency MUST be submitted via email, in person or by US mail. Proof of residency, such as mortgage/rent bill or utility bill dated within the past 30 days will be accepted. The name on the document and the applicant MUST MATCH. Please remit proof of residency documents to: Tricia Power at tpower@cityofbryant.com, using SNIP in the Subject Line. If you are unable to submit documents via email, please come into our office to apply. Our office is located at 25700 Interstate 30 N, Bryant AR 72022. We are open Mon - Fri 12:30p - 4pm and on Saturday from 12:30pm - 3pm. We are closed Sundays and City holidays. THESE VOUCHERS ARE FOR CITY OF BRYANT RESIDENTS ONLY. We are sorry, but we cannot give vouchers to anyone living outside of the Bryant City limits. Please keep in mind that most of the Bryant School District is outside of the City of Bryant. Please read and acknowledge before completing this application. AN EMAILED COPY OF THIS APPLICATION IS NOT YOUR VOUCHER - YOUR VOUCHER WILL BE MAILED TO YOU.
To qualify for this program you MUST be a resident of the City of Bryant, Arkansas. You will be required to submit proof of residency (See information above) and, if a dog, license the animal with the City of Bryant. The cost of a City license is $5 annually, and additional info can be obtained online at https://www.cityofbryant.com/pages/departments/animal_control
