We pay for all medical and spay/neuter expenses only with prior approval by the shelter director or foster coordinator at our contracted vets. Food and litter can be provided when available. We do our best to ensure that animals are entering foster homes healthy, but medical issues can arise. We cannot be held responsible for zoonotic or intra animal transmission of disease. Thank you for your Foster Application. To become a Tucker County Animal Shelter foster volunteer, you must be in compliance with all Tucker County and WV laws and ordinances pertaining to animals. This means your dogs must be licensed and your animal history/background checked.
