State Guideline Requirements limit you to 6 pets in your home. This includes personal and foster pets (a litter of kittens or puppies counts as 1 pet). The state requires HSNEI to perform annual foster home visits. I release, discharge, and hold harmless HSNEI, its volunteers, officers, directors, and successors from any liability or damages to me, my property, and/or household members connected with HSNEI volunteer foster activities. *
