I agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions for fostering with Domino's Cat House Rescue. *
I understand and agree that fostering is "through-to-adoption", meaning the cat or kitten will be in my care until adopted, and that although Domino's Cat House Rescue will do all it can to help my foster(s) find their forever families as fast as possible, this could be a long-term foster situation. I understand and agree that most fosters will require spaying and neutering, that these appointments are made by Domino's Cat House Rescue with a local vet, and that they will require the foster(s) to be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. I understand and agree that Domino's Cat House Rescue will schedule spay and neuter appointments to work with my schedule, and that occasional transport may be available. I understand and agree that missed appointments due to a mistake on my part may require me to pay for the missed appointment if Domino's Cat House Rescue is charged for it. I understand and agree that vaccines and deworming are administered two and three weeks apart. I understand and agree that although Domino's Cat House Rescue pays for and administers the vaccines, I am responsible for scheduling and receiving the first rounds and the follow-up vaccines and deworming within the communicated timeframe. I understand and agree that fosters and volunteers with Domino's Cat House Rescue are expected to treat one another respectfully and with kindness, and that volunteers who fail to do so will not be allowed to continue fostering with Domino's Cat House Rescue. I agree to take a lot of high-quality pictures and short videos of my foster(s) throughout their time with me for their Petfinder profiles when it is time for adoption. I will provide the cats/kittens in my temporary possession with humane care, which includes but is not limited to providing food, water, shelter, grooming, training, and medication when required. I understand and agree that I may be responsible for providing some supplies to care for my foster(s), such as blankets, beds, food, litter, toys, bowls, etc., and I will discuss my supply needs with a Domino's Cat House Rescue representative prior to bringing home foster(s). I recognize that my foster(s) remain Domino's Cat House Rescue's legal property while in my possession. I understand and agree that I will go through the Domino's Cat House Rescue adoption process, including filling out an application for approval and paying the adoption fee, if I decide to keep my foster(s) indefinitely, and that my application is subject to approval by Domino's Cat House Rescue. I understand and agree that anyone interested in adopting my foster(s), including family and friends, must go through the standard Cats in Need adoption process, which includes filling out an application for adoption approval and paying the adoption fee. I understand and agree that friends and family are sometimes denied adoption approval due to their home not being safe or appropriate, depending on the age of the foster(s), and I will encourage them to apply for adoption approval before developing a relationship with the foster(s). I understand and agree that I must immediately return my foster(s) upon Domino's Cat House Rescue's request without reason or explanation, and that I will not obstruct the retrieval or transfer of the animal once requested. I understand and agree that I do not have the right to keep my foster(s) longer than deemed necessary by Domino's Cat House Rescue, and that I am not authorized to place my foster(s) in a home or the care of another individual without Domino's Cat House Rescue's consent. I understand and agree that fosters may display fearful, shy, or reactive behaviors, and that I will notify Domino’s Cat House Rescue promptly and will not discipline the foster(s) using physical or punitive methods. I will immediately return any cats/kittens to Domino's Cat House Rescue if I am no longer able to adequately care for them. I will immediately notify Domino's Cat House Rescue if my foster(s) are sick, injured, or missing. In the event of an emergency, I agree to contact Domino’s Cat House Rescue as soon as possible and follow their instructions. I understand and agree that if urgent medical care is needed and I am unable to reach the rescue, I will act in the best interest of the animal. I understand and agree that I may be financially responsible for any treatment not previously approved. I acknowledge that the rescue may not respond immediately to non-urgent inquiries outside of standard support hours. I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations concerning the care, sheltering, and handling of animals while fostering, including any local requirements for animal control, pet limits, or quarantine mandates. I understand and agree that I alone am responsible for any damages or injuries caused by my foster(s), including damages or injuries involving my home and vehicle, myself, the people occupying my home, and any visitors I allow around my foster(s).

I agree to indemnify and defend Domino’s Cat House Rescue and its affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of my negligence, breach of this agreement, or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
