Please dont be put of by the form which does ask some important questions, it is not about judgement. Please ensure you answer the mandatory questions - marked with a red star. We place our cats based on the cats personality, and their individual needs and desires. Ensuring we match you with the right companion is the best way to reach a harmonious adoption for all. IMPORTANT By submitting this application, you confirm that you are fully committed to adopting from Care4Cats Rescue. *	I understand C4C cannot guarantee the health and temperament of the animal post adoption.
We understand adoption is a two way process. At any point, eitehr party can decisde it's not the right fit - genuinely. If you meet us and feel its not right for you, we respect that honesty. Likewise, if we feel the match is'nt suitable, we will let you know promptly.

If unsuccessful you application will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
