Release of Liabllity
You willfully accept the animal and specifically release and hold harmless Animals Deserving of Rescue Everywhere, Inc. (ADORE), and all of its agents, employees, directors, officers and volunteers from any and all claims and liability associated with the animal for any reason, as you assume all risks and responsibilities for the care, transport, training and behavior of the animal, including injury or damage that may be caused to people, property or other animals, as well as any rules, regulations or requirements for the importation of pets into the state in which you reside (if you do not reside in Maine, Florida or Massachusetts), and licensure and other local ordinances.
No warranties of any kind are provided, including but not limited to health, temperament, viability, age or breed are made by Animals Deserving of Rescue Everywhere (ADORE)
