Birthday Party Application



Thank you for your interest in celebrating with Darlington County Humane Society! Our birthday parties are a fun and meaningful way to celebrate while making a difference for the animals in our care. Every party supports our lifesaving mission and creates unforgettable memories for your guests.

Birthday parties are available for children ages 7 to 13.

Our activities are designed with both safety and fun in mind and are best suited for guests ages 7 to 13. If you're planning a celebration for a younger child or even an adult, we'd still love to help! Please email shelter@darlingtonhumane.org so we can discuss other ways to include DCHS in your celebration.

What to Expect

  • Complete this request form and our team will contact you to confirm availability and finalize your party details.
  • A $50 donation deposit is required to reserve your party date, with the remaining $50 donation due at least 3 days before your event.
  • Your donation helps cover party activities while directly supporting the dogs and cats in our care.
  • For everyone's safety, every guest under the age of 18 must have a signed Minor Liability Waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian before participating. We encourage you to review the waiver in advance. Signed waivers will be collected on the day of your event.
  • All guests are expected to follow staff instructions and animal handling guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
