ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge:
1) That this is a request for the above mentioned animal to be accepted into the SPCA of East Texas rehoming program and does not guarantee entrance into the program;
2) If accepted, this animal becomes the property of the SPCA of East Texas;
3) All decisions involving said animal, including but not limited to adoption, medical, grooming and foster placement will be made by the SPCA of East Texas.
4) If I agree to foster said animal while a permanent home is found, I understand that I may not adopt or relinquish this animal independently and must refer any interested party to the SPCA of East Texas;
5) A week's notice is required to move said animal should I find myself unable to continue to foster.
