PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST FILL OUT A FOSTER FORM ALONG WITH THIS FORM! FILLING OUT BOTH FORMS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT KITTEN RESCUE CAN HELP YOU WITH FOSTERING. If you HAVE NOT spoken with someone from Kitten Rescue, Please contact other Shelters and Rescues if you are in immediate need. If you HAVE spoken with someone at Kitten Rescue, by filling out and submitting this form means you are surrendering ownership of the animals listed below to Kitten Rescue and they must be adopted out through Kitten Rescue and cannot be given away otherwise. Kitten Rescue accepts animals for Self-Fostering when we have available resources. Please fill out this form as completely as you can if you have a mama/kitten(s) (in the Mason County Area) that you wish to foster. If you have a Stray Cat that has just shown up at your house, please fill out the STRAY CAT form. For more than one cat, please include information or check boxes for all cats on each question.
