*	I acknowledge that the Dogwatch adoption fee is $420, which includes desexing, microchipping, registration, vaccinations, and worm and flea treatment. If my application is successful, I understand that the full adoption fee must be paid on the day of adoption.

Privacy Statement: The information provided is being collected by Dogwatch Sanctuary Trust (“Dogwatch”) to assess your suitability to adopt a dog. 	Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our dogs. Please note that our adoption process is not based on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we focus on matching each dog with the family that best meets their specific needs and circumstances. Each dog may require multiple meet and greets and visits to ensure a proper fit and to find the best match for both the dog and the adoptive family. Our goal is to facilitate a harmonious and successful placement. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this process. *
