VET HEALTH CHECK

It is the policy of Found Heart Limited that surrendering owners must have a health check completed by a vet for your pet, at your cost prior to final approval. The form for your vet is via the link below:

If Found Hearts is not satisfied with the results of the health check, Found Hearts Ltd reserves the right to decline accepting the animal as this may completely strain the resources of our small rescue.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND that completing this form and the required Health Check does not constitute acceptance of the surrender, there is no guarantee Found Hearts will accept the animal.
