Volunteer Agreement & Waiver
I understand and agree that:
I volunteer at my own risk and may be injured while volunteering.
Coffee County Humane Society (CCHS) is not responsible for any injuries or damages I may experience.
I will not be paid or employed by CCHS.
I should keep my tetanus vaccination current.
My pets should have current vaccinations as recommended by a vet.
This agreement is legally binding on me and my family/estate.
I am agreeing to this voluntarily after reading and understanding it.
