Foster Agreement & Waiver
I understand and agree that:
I foster at my own risk and may be injured while fostering animals.
Coffee County Humane Society (CCHS) is not responsible for any injuries or damages I may experience from foster animals.
CCHS is not responsible for any damage foster animals may cause to my property or home.
I will not be paid or employed by CCHS.
I should keep my tetanus vaccination current.
My pets should have current vaccinations as recommended by a vet.
CCHS retains ownership of all foster animals and I will return them when requested.
I will follow CCHS foster care guidelines and notify CCHS of any medical or behavioral concerns.
This agreement is legally binding on me and my family/estate
I am agreeing to this voluntarily after reading and understanding it.
