Arlo is housetrained, he does not prefer to be in the crate. He is very playful, loves to play with other dogs, he is curious about cats and would need to meet the cat in the home to ensure he would be friends. Arlo is a very sweet but shy boy. He quickly bonds with “his person” for security. He will take a little patience but once he trusts you, he is so sweet. He would do best with kids over 5 do to his shyness. He would also love another furry friend in the house.

Bayou is a young puppy who is ready for a family if his own. He is the most handsome young man and can be such a gentlemen already! He loves the attention of his humans and seems to be really quite smart. He enjoys playing with all his puppy pals and would just love an outgoing, fun-loving family! Being a young boy he is good with dogs, cats, kids but will need to continue his training on the leash, house training and learn as he grows!

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Billy is a sweet, lovable, cuddly puppy who wants his people to be happy and to pet him. He is very calm for a young dog. Billy is great with adults and very gentle when playing with children. He has interacted well with both a large and small dog, but has not been cat tested. He is good in his crate and is house trained. Billy will make a great addition to any family.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Boolee is a moderately active dog who does get excited when meeting new people or welcoming his person home but is relatively calm and will lay down and rest when the household is calm. Boolee is friendly and happy when meeting new adults. He has not interacted with any children, but probably due to his size he would be better with children from 5 on up. Boolee gets along well with other dogs. He was also relatively calm and friendly with cats. It would probably be up to the cat in the future adopter's home whether Boolee would past the test. Boolee will thrive in a loving home that will teach him new things.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Brady is housetrained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. Brady is good with other dogs, big and small, and he is even good with a cat that visits from time to time. He hasn't been around many kids, so we are recommending kids that are over 10 years old and have experience with large dogs. Brady is affectionate with people he knows, and will give them plenty of kisses. He is past the puppy stage but still playful and still likes his toys of all kinds. He likes to chase a ball, but just for a short time. He likes to play and run with other dogs he meets at the dog park. Brady is a smart boy and knows Sit, Stay, Lie Down, and Shake. He's still working on not jumping up when he's excited to see people.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Brandie is a sweet, good dog who will make a great addition to any household. She, like all puppies, is very playful. Brandie has been very social when meeting new adults. She has not lived with any children, but has been fine with kids of various ages that have visited. Brandie loves other dogs. She knows "sit, shake", crates well and knows how to use a dog door.

Buddy is laid back for the most part, but he does have a playful side. He is quite talkative and will howl at you to let you know he is ready to play. Buddy is a sweet and friendly guy when meeting new adults. He has not interacted with any children and would probably do best with older respectful kids. When it comes to other dogs, Buddy prefers calm and confident dogs that respect his space. He might do best as the only dog in the home. Buddy knows a few commands and is crate and house trained. He is going to make a wonderful addition to some lucky adopter's household. He loves to throw his stuffies around, sunbathe in the outside yards and rides great in the car!

Buddy can be nervous at first meeting with adults, but quickly warms up. He has not interacted with any children, but given his disposition he should be fine with respectful kids. Buddy does well with other dogs, but tends to like small and medium dogs the best and he leaves the cat alone. Buddy is crate trained and is working on his house training. He will make a wonderful companion for a family or single individual.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Bunny was part of a seizure of abandoned hoarder dogs. She is a very sweet dog who acts very young for her age and like most hounds she is pretty vocal when she wants something. Bunny has been social and friendly meeting new adults. She has not been around any children and probably older respectful kids would do best.. Bunny is good with other dogs -- lived with 29 chihuahua mixes in her original home. She has not been cat tested. Bunny is working on "sit", is good in her crate and is house trained. Bunny deserves a loving home.

Buttercup loves running around the yard with her puppy pals, playing tag and snuggling with her human friends! She is super sporty and energetic, but she really loves her cuddles, too! We have only recently tried walking on a leash and she has already shown good progress towards becoming a great walking buddy. She is a very smart and a fast learner. She has met some barn cats that she tried to play with. At first they didn’t like her much, but they get along better now that she understands them. She has never been around children. She loves treats to and toys!

Casey is an active dog who will need a lot of stimulation and exercise. He loves to play with other dogs, gets very excited to meet new people, and children should be sturdy on their feet. His favorite thing in the world is a ball and will play and play and play with you and a ball. He is very gentle and is also very smart and has great manners. He has some training behind him. He would make an excellent dog for an active family.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Celeste is a young girl who is good with dogs, cats, kids and always ready to play. She is working on her house and leash training and will need more training as she continues to grow!

Chance's owner gave him up after 5 years. According to the foster Chance is a great dog -- well mannered and just made himself at home when he was taken to the foster's home. He is a pretty calm dog who just likes to hang out -- fun loving happy boy with a great helicopter tail. He was very friendly when meeting new adults and did well playing with a 7 and 14 year old. Chance plays well with other dogs -- even little yappy dogs and he ignores the cats. Chance should fit into a variety of homes and be a wonderful addition. He walks well on the leash and is crate and house trained.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Charlie and his siblings were found running down the road one stormy night. He is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and play, but is not at all hyper like some puppies can be. He absolutely likes to be in the water. Charlie can be a bit shy at first meeting new adults but quickly warms up. He has not interacted with any young children.
He has been around teenagers and did well. He loves dogs of all sizes and mostly ignores cats. Charlie is good in his crate and doing really well with his house training. Charlie will make a great companion for a family or single individual.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Chili is a 30 pound little Mississippi mystery mix. Great with young kids and dogs. Doesn't bother the cats. She is house trained and loves toys. She is crate trained and medium engery.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Comet is a happy, active dog who plays with her toys on her own. Although she is active Comet is not hyper. She loves any adults she meets. There have been no children living in the foster's home but she has been friendly with the 14 year old next door who dogs sits. Comet is fine with the foster's dogs, she just doesn't get to play much with them because they are old. Comet is good in her crate, walks well on the leash and housetrained. Comet will fit into any household.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Cookie is a fun girl who loves every dog and human she has meet. She always ready for any adventure.

Cosmic and 5 siblings were dumped on a country road. He is an active puppy who loves to play and run around. Cosmic is very good with adults -- very appreciative of kindness and attention. He has also enjoyed playing with a 14 year old. Cosmic is good with all types of dogs and good with the foster's cats. He has done really well with his house training and is good in his crate. This sweet boy deserves a loving home that will spend time with hm and teach him new things.

Crew is a young puppy who is ready for a family if his own. He is a funny boy with a silly personality. He loves to run and play with his pals all the while seeking out and soaking up all of the attention from any humans nearby! He is a total sweetheart and more than ready to become someone's new best friend! Being a young boy he is good with dogs, cats, kids but will need to continue his training on the leash, house training and learn as he grows!

Crewe is a young active puppy. He's a bit of a spunky guy compared to his siblings but seems to be quite the lover nonetheless! He is happy to meet everyone but can't contain his excitement to see you. He's got lots of toy drive and loves yummy snack every now and then. He is working on his house training and leash skills. He likes to play with dogs big and small, he is still working on his manners.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Cruiser is a very lovable dog who is very calm and likes to hang out with his humans and be petted. He loves people, pretty sociable and wants to get attention. Cruiser has not been around any children, but he probably would be fine with any respectful kid. He is good with other dogs and had a pitbull friend in the shelter. Has not been cat tested. Cruiser knows several commands "sit, off, snack, crate, load up" , and is crate and house trained. Cruiser will fit into a family or be a great companion for a single individual.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Kirby, he is overweight because the owners were elderly. He is housebroken and great with other dogs. Curby was adopted as a puppy nine years ago by an elderly couple. As time passed, the couple became more debilitated and unable to physically care him.The husband brought Curby to the vet and asked them to euthanize him because they could no longer care for him. Curby, can be a little nervous for the first few minutes, once he knows you he will be so sweet and loving, & trusting.

Diamond is an older gal, but still has some pep in her step. She enjoys her daily walks, is completely house trained and does not require a crate. She is trustworthy in a house, but really enjoys being outside. She is okay with most dogs, but may want to be the queen of her castle. She is amazing and very calm with cats. She will happily greet adults with a wagging tail, children should be older. She knows some basic commands and is very sweet. Look into her soulful eyes and be prepared to fall in love.

Duncan has not interacted with any children, but he is very sweet and should be fine with respectful kids. He is good with other dogs, but has not been cat tested. Duncan is crate trained and knows how to use a doggie door, but he still needs to work on his house training. Duncan will thrive in a loving family that will teach him new things.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Everest is a very laid back and loving puppy. He has been compliant and eager to please in all ways. He will romp and tussle with his sister, but loves to just stretch out and soak up some sunshine -- not the sort to dash from one thing to the next. Quite deliberate in his motions. He acts like an old hound dog according to the foster.
Everybody he has met is greeted as an assumed friend. He has not interacted with any children, but should be fine with respectful kids. Everest has also been around dog savvy cats so again it will be up to the cat in the adopter's home if he can stay or not. Everest is good in his crate and is working on his house training. He will thrive in a loving home that will teach him new things.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Faith is a sweet little girl who loves to nudge with her nose. Very curious about the world around her. Faith does have her puppy moments when she is very active but she also enjoys a good nap and peace and quiet. She has made friends with all the adults she has met and she loves following and cuddling with kids over the age of twelve. Faith can be a bit reserved when first meeting new dogs, but soon becomes comfortable and wants to play. She is crate trained and doing really well in her house training. Faith is very smart and will thrive in a home that will teach her new things.

Jam is a shy girl. She is house trained and her favorite place to be is her crate because it makes her feel safe. She prefers woman and children and gets along with other dogs. She will need a quiet and patient home to decompress and learn that life is not so scary. She knows several commands, is treat motivated, and makes a wonderful walking partner.

Arriving May 11th, Jaxson is a sweet boy, but is very active. He needs some work with his leash walking, but is crate trained and house trained. He is great with cats and dogs and children should be sturdy on their feet. He loves to go for car rides and get pup cups and knows several commands. He will make an excellent dog for an active family willing to continue his training.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Keeley is a friendly puppy -- very playful. She also loves to play ball. Keeley has been very social and friendly with adults. She has not lived in the home with children but has met kids of various ages when they visited and has been fine. Keeley loves other dogs. NO TO CATS, She does well in her crate and goes in and out a dog door. If there is no dog door she will learn the routine. Keeley will make a great addition to any home that wants a puppy.

He has been great in puppy play groups and just loves to make you smile. Midnight is more of a settled dog -- loves to be with her humans and she is very sweet with children. She is good with other dogs and fine with cats. Midnight knows a few commands, is fine on the leash and is crate trained. Midnight will be an awesome family member and companion to any individual or an entire family.

Neena likes to be right by her human's side and cuddle. She plays well with other dogs, but prefers to be with her humans most of all. She would make a great walking, hiking or jogging buddy. Most of all she will be a loyal companion to her new family. When meeting new adults she has been very loving. Neena has not been around any children, but with her temperament she should do well. Neena walks great on a leash and she is crate trained.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Reese is a very sweet dog whoever chooses this boy is truly going to be a very lucky adopter.
Reese loves to hang with his humans and will lay on the couch all day long if allowed. He also loves to play with his four-legged friends. He has been living with 9 other dogs ranging from 10 lbs to 70 lbs. When meeting new adults he can be a bit shy, but once he feels safe he will love you to pieces. Reese has not been living with any children, but the foster felt he would do great with school age kids to run and play with. He knows several commands, is crate trained and working hard on his house training.

Arriving May 11th, 2024 Although Roxie is big, she is a total sweetheart. She was a favorite at the shelter and could be counted on to play nicely with all the dogs there. Roxie is such a lover of people and wants to be near her human and hang out. She also loves other dogs and has been great around dogs of all temperaments. IT IS A NO TO CATS. She has not been living with any children, but the foster felt that she would be great around older kids as she might knock the little ones down. Roxie responds well to a few commands, is good in her crate and is house trained. She is going to make someone such a great forever buddy.

Royal is a young puppy who is ready for a family of his own. Royal is a smiley guy who loves to romp and play with his puppy pals. Him and his siblings have been wonderful to have here at the rescue but both are more than ready to start the next chapter of their lives with their new families in their forever homes! Being a young boy he is good with dogs, cats, kids but will need to continue his training on the leash, house training and learn as he grows!

Satin, like her sister, is a just a silly happy puppy with puppy like energy and loads of love to give! Satin also does really well in her doggy playgroups and really enjoys the attention of her human companions as well. satin enjoys going to events with our volunteers and meeting new people, she loves to romp and play in the yards with her pals but most of all, Satin loves her stuffies!

Taz is you typical puppy. He is energetic, playful, loving , and full of beans. He is learning his potty manners along with walking on a leash, He has been sleeping in a crate at night.
