PAL PROGRAM

If you have a female dog or cat who has accidentally found themselves with a litter of puppies or kittens, you can surrender the entire litter of babies to us, and we will vaccinate and spay your Mom dog or cat for FREE. We will thoroughly vet all potential adopters and all puppies or kittens will be dewormed, receive age appropiate vaccines, microchipped before adoption.

I understand that I can contact the Kodiak Animal Shelter at any time to check the status of the pet that is enrolled in the PAL program. *
I understand that I am relinquishing ownership and any further claims to the litter of puppies or kittens to the Humane Society of Kodiak *
I hereby allow the Humane Society of Kodiak to take custody & ownership of the mother dog/cat until the time of spay. At which time, ownership will be returned to me *
I hereby allow the Humane Society of Kodiak to make veterinary appointments for medical care and treatment during my pet's stay at the Kodiak Animal Shelter *
I understand that I am responsible for the travel arrangements and the expense of travel for my pet *
I hereby release the Humane Society of Kodiak and its employees, staff, agents and/or representatives from any claims or demands that I have, or may have, that (a) may be connected with pet; (b) may arise out of the Humane Society's care of the pet enrolled in the PAL program *
