Some animals have lots of grooming requirements, issues with respiratory systems, teeth issues, some birds may be known to be more sassy so these are all things to keep in mind.

Is it for companionship? Maybe something for the children with the parents providing the main care? Be honest with us, we truly just want to make sure that we can pair you with the most suitable animal :)

Exotics tend to cost more not only in food, but in vet care. Ensure you have enough $ saved for any emergencies and ongoing food supplies

Specialist vets are not easy to find! Please ensure you research where your nearest one is and be aware they are more expensive than a regular vet.

Enrichment helps with boredom, unwanted behaviours and provides much needed stimulation. Foraging, chew items, climbing are all forms of enrichment.
