We are glad you have decided to become a foster home for our organization. Please complete the application below. The information is requested so that our Foster Care Coordinator can assist you in providing a safe and comfortable foster home for our animals.

In order to be considered as a foster home provider, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age
2. Complete the Foster Care Application (below)
3. Sign the Foster Care Contract (below)
4. Complete an interview with the Foster Care Coordinator

I accept the responsibility of fostering animals for Homeward Bound Pet Rescue Inc., HBPR, of Gilmer County. I agree to the following: 1. I agree to follow all guidelines provided to me by HBPR of Gilmer County. 2. I understand that the foster animal(s) shall remain the sole property of HBPR of Gilmer County. 3. I agree to return the animal(s) at the request of an HBPR representative or if I am no longer able to adequately care for them. 4. I agree to provide the foster animal(s) with loving care, including, but not limited to food, water, shelter, companionship, and medication when required. Typing your name below will serve as legal signature. By signing below, I am attesting to the truthfulness of my answers. Falsification of any of the above information will be grounds for disallowing the adoption of rescue dog or cat and possible removal of said animal from my home.
