Please review the following requirements before filling out this application and scheduling a visit to JRR: Minimum Volunteer Age: 12 years old. Volunteers Aged 12–15: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while volunteering. Application Requirement: Both the minor (age 12-15) and the accompanying parent/guardian must complete and submit a separate volunteer application before visiting JRR for any volunteer activities.
