Although Hands to Paws (HTP) Rescue behaviorally assesses each animal upon intake we make no guarantees and/or promises regarding the Pet’s disposition, temperament, and/or future health and personality. Foster agrees to foster Pet at Foster’s own risk, and indemnify and release Hands to Paws, its founder, board of directors, and volunteers of any and all liability arising from amages to person(s) or property caused by the Pet. In the event the Foster does not comply with the terms of this Contract, at the reasonable discretion of Hands to Paws, Hands to Paws may recover the pet. Promptly upon demand by Hands to Paws, the Foster shall relinquish Pet to Hands to Paws. The Foster hereby acknowledges that they have read all of this form supplied by Hands to Paws. And agrees to RELEASE OF LIABILITY by signing below.
