DOG Adoption Pre-Screening Application

Thank you for your interest in providing a loving home to a dog in need. You will need 10-20 minutes to fill out our application as it is thorough in scope. Our full application process includes a property ownership verification or landlord approval for renters. It also includes a virtual (or in person) home visit - you will be provided a list of photos needed upon submission. We do understand that this application process is detailed, but it is very important to us that we help you find the right dog for your lifestyle in order to avoid a stressful return to the shelter. With limited space available in our kennels, we may not be able to take a returned dog for quite a while until we have an open kennel. We'd rather help you find the best fit the first time, then create issues in the future. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
