Thank you for your interest in fostering cats and kittens to help PAL. In order to be considered to be a foster home you must: Be 21 years of age or older. Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household. Have verifiable identification. Understand that PAL has the right to deny your application. Agree to a home visit BEFORE and DURING the time when you might foster for PAL. Agree to keep in contact with PAL while fostering and bring the cats to us for vaccinations and checkups. Please note that foster cats are the property of PAL. Foster cats cannot be adopted by you, or promised to your friends or family, unless and until adoption screening process is completed.
