I understand that coat maintenance and care is considered an essential component of health and wellness, and Life is Better is committed to making sure our adopted animals are in homes where they receive proper attention. I agree that if asked I will provide proof that my animal has had routine coat care, and understand that if I refuse or if I do not provide adequate grooming that Life is Better has the right to investigate further, up to the point of recovering ownership of the animal, if it is discovered the dog has not had sufficient maintenance. *
