Foster Cat Questionnaire (for current carers)
As part of Little Legs commitment to ensuring the right forever home for our cats all carers are required to complete the below questionnaire for each foster cat in their care.
This questionnaire is mandatory and is required to be completed no later than 2 WEEKS after first taking in your foster animal and should be updated every 1-2months, or sooner if any details change.

Please be as honest and detailed as is possible to ensure accuracy and correct placement in a forever home.
Please note: a very basic Adoption Blurb will likely limit the adoption interest in your foster.
