Surrendering a pet to the RSPCA Llys Nini Branch means that we will find a new loving forever home for your pet.

Please note we do not provide temporary boarding for animals.

Please complete the below form to the best of your ability. Please note the information you provide will be kept on file unless you inform us otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse any animal.

We will also ask whether you are able to make a donation, to help cover some of the costs of the animal’s care during their time with us.

Completing this form does not automatically mean you are added to our waiting list and we will contact you to confirm your place on our list.

Please contact as many other rescues as you can as spaces are limited and can take time to come up.
