Surrender Request Form

This form is for request to surrender an animal into the care of our rescue. We do understand sometimes it is not an animal you have adopted, but has been dumped. Feeding, taking on your property or moving an animal is typically considered ownership and requesting to surrender is requesting to transfer ownership to us. Our foster coordinator is off on Fridays. Surrenders will be reviewed within the next few business days.
