Is your foster dog eating and drinking normally
Is your foster dog getting up and moving around ok? sensitive to touch? slow to rise or lay down?Limping?
Any changes in behavior or behavior concerns? Snapping, growling, charging, resource guarding, etc?
Any concerns with potty habits? Soft stools, frequent urination, abnormally stinky pee/poop, dilute or dark urine?
Any concerns with vocalizing? Barking, whining, crying?

Medical Concerns - please list any new medical concerns(examples below) and contact your foster coordinator directly if you feel a vet visit is needed: New lump/bump, muscle wasting, discharge from eyes or nose, skin changes, coughing/breathing issues, weight gain/loss, vomiting/inappetence, pacing/ circling/ up at night, vision loss/changes, hearing loss/changes, other
