In agreeing to foster the above animal(s), I agree to the following:

To bring the animal to the shelter whenever requested, with notice.
To bring the animal to the shelter for vaccinations or medical treatment if requested.
At times it may be necessary for the animal to attend a veterinary clinic for vaccinations or medical treatment. All veterinary appointments must be authorised and arranged by the Foster Coordinator, Cattery Manager, or another authorised PAWS-PATAS representative.
Foster carers must not independently organise or authorise vaccinations, neutering, anti-parasite treatments, medication, or any other routine or preventative veterinary care. All veterinary treatments and procedures must be approved, scheduled, and managed solely by PAWS-PATAS.
Foster carers are required to provide daily weight updates until the kitten weighs 1000 g, and weekly thereafter, so vaccination and health schedules can be planned appropriately.
To contact the PAWS-PATAS shelter immediately if there is a problem with the animal’s behaviour or medical condition.
To give at least 24 hours’ notice if additional supplies such as food or cat litter are required.
In case of a medical emergency, call the PAWS-PATAS cattery vet or your local vet and notify the Foster Coordinator immediately.
Not to rehome, give away, transfer foster care, or release the animal.
If I decide to adopt the animal myself, I will inform the Foster Coordinator at PAWS-PATAS immediately.
To abide by the adoption conditions if I change from foster carer to adopter.
If the animal has already been reserved for adoption, I understand I will not be able to keep the animal.

To take the animal back if the foster carer is experiencing any problems.
To inform the fosterer immediately when the animal has been reserved for adoption.
