In agreeing to foster the above animal(s), I agree to the following:

In a medical emergency, I will contact VCVP (Vet Care Vera Plaza) immediately to arrange an appointment, then inform the Foster Coordinator or Cattery Manager.
I will bring the animal to the PAWS-PATAS shelter whenever requested, including for veterinary treatment, vaccinations, or any other reason, with reasonable notice.
I will attend veterinary appointments at VCVP as requested. I understand that all appointments must be authorised and scheduled by the Foster Coordinator, Cattery Manager, or another authorised PAWS-PATAS representative.
I will ensure that the cat's passport or Green Card (Certificado Oficial de Primovacunación) is always left at VCVP.
I will not independently arrange or authorise vaccinations, neutering, anti-parasite treatments, medication, or any other veterinary treatment or preventative care. I understand that all veterinary procedures must be approved, scheduled, and managed by PAWS-PATAS.
I will provide daily weight updates until the kitten reaches 1000 g, and weekly thereafter, to enable vaccination and health schedules to be planned.
I will contact PAWS-PATAS immediately if the animal develops any medical condition or behavioural problem.
I will give at least 24 hours' notice if additional supplies, such as food or cat litter, are required.
I will not rehome, give away, transfer to another foster carer, or release the animal.
If I decide to adopt the animal, I will notify the Foster Coordinator immediately and comply with the PAWS-PATAS adoption conditions.
I understand that if the animal has already been reserved for adoption, I will not be able to adopt or keep it.

To take the animal back if the foster carer is experiencing any problems.
To inform the fosterer immediately when the animal has been reserved for adoption.
