In agreeing to foster the above animal(s), I agree to the following:
Take the cat to the shelter or to the cattery vet for vaccinations when requested.
Contact PAWS-PATAS immediately if there is a problem with the cat’s behaviour.
Seek medical advice promptly if there is any concern about the cat’s health or medical condition.
In a medical emergency, call the cattery vet, and notify the Foster Coordinator.
Do not rehome, give away, transfer foster care, or release the cat.
If you decide to adopt the cat, inform the Foster Coordinator at PAWS-PATAS immediately.
Follow adoption conditions if you change from permanent foster carer to adopter.
