You might still be able to foster for us, but understandably we can not allow for FIV- cats to mix with FIV+ ones.
In agreeing to foster the above animal(s), I agree to the following:
  1. Take the cat to the shelter or to the cattery vet for vaccinations when requested.
  2. Contact PAWS-PATAS immediately if there is a problem with the cat’s behaviour.
  3. Seek medical advice promptly if there is any concern about the cat’s health or medical condition.
  4. Always provide the cat’s name and C number when attending or contacting the cattery vet.
  5. In a medical emergency, call the cattery vet, and notify the Foster Coordinator or Cattery manager.
  6. Do not rehome, give away, transfer foster care, or release the cat.
  7. If you decide to adopt the cat, inform the Cattery manager at PAWS-PATAS immediately.
  8. Follow adoption conditions if you change from permanent foster carer to adopter.

In return, PAWS-PATAS agrees to the following:
  1. To provide adequate food and litter for the animal on a regular basis if necessary.
  2. To provide bedding, toys, litter tray etc. If necessary.
  3. To provide adequate veterinary care, medication and vaccinations.
