By signing this form you agree that the animal being released into your care as a foster. You further understand that the animal belongs to Pine Bluff Animal Control, until it is adopted or transferred to a qualified rescue. I understand that I am to return the animal to Pine Bluff Animal Control with 24 hours of notification by any representative of Pine Bluff Animal Control and that failure to do would constitute theft and be prosecuted as such. If Fostering puppies that aren't fully vaccinated please don't allow them to go outside until vaccinated. I understand that ALL expenses for the care of the animal while in my foster care will be my sole responsibility.
