RSPCA CORNWALL MICROCHIPPING / WELFARE VETERINARY SUPPORT / CAT NEUTERING / APPLICATION
POstal Address: The William and Patricia Venton Animal Centre, Quoit, St Columb, TR9 6JS. Registered Charity 1024808. This form can be used to apply for support with the cost of microchipping, cat neutering, or veterinary costs (not already accrued). PLease note that only partial costs can be claimed, and that microchipping is a requirement of the application for the other two schemes, if your pet is not already chipped. Additionally, neutering is compulsory for cats being chipped if they are entire. If you have a greater number of cats than two and need assistance to stop the population growing, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for advice.
Thank you for your submission. If you are having difficulty with the form please contact email@example.com for a PDF version to print out. Our scheme administrator will contact you with more information shortly. In the meantime please bear with us as the neutering programme is not administered via the animal centre at Quoit. If you have not had a response within 10 working days please email firstname.lastname@example.org - including the emailed copy of the form you submitted.
