About this program Staffy and Bully Breed Rescue Inc. (SABBR) provides limited desexing assistance to help prevent unplanned litters and reduce pressure on pounds, rescues, and the wider WA community to those experiencing financial difficulty. This application is for Staffordshire Terrier / bull-breed types and common crosses only. The RAC WA / PerthNow Pet Census 2024 lists Staffordshire Bull Terrier and American Staffordshire Terrier among WA’s most commonly reported dog breeds. SABBR focuses this program on staffy / bull breeds because even small improvements in desexing rates can reduce future pressure on pounds and rescues.
