ACT is dedicated to improving the health, happiness, and longevity of companion animals by promoting a superior diet. We encourage the feeding of raw meat, bones, organ meat, and optional supplements. Studies now show that pets live longer and are far less likely to suffer from cancer or organ failure if fed a healthy, natural, raw diet instead of processed pellets and cans. Will you feed your adopted cat a healthy, raw diet? *
If adopting a kitten: I understand that kittens require a series of booster vaccinations. A basic immunity is reached based on this vaccination schedule given in the first year: 3 x 3-in-1 vacciation, 1x rabies. I understand that vaccinations are the adopter’s responsibility and I will forward proof to the assigned adoption staff member of ACT after every given vaccination shot. *
If not already done, I will have the cat spayed/neutered by 6 months of age (around the age of 5.5 months). I will take the cat to a proper vet for neutering and I will immediately forward proof to the assigned adoption staff member of ACT. I understand that failure to comply with this requirement (even after being reminded several times by ACT's adoption staff) will result in the immediate return of the cat to ACT. *
