Please read before filling out this application: Start Over Rover requires that all cats and dogs living in your home be spayed or neutered and up to date on their shots before an adoption can occur unless there is a medical reason or due to age that your veterinarian does not recommend it. One of our goals is to reduce pet overpopulation, thus reducing the number of pets that die in shelters.

*	Should I decide not to keep a dog I adopt from Start Over Rover, I will contact Start Over Rover and arrange a time to return the animal when a kennel becomes available. Until then, I will continue properly caring for and housing the animal.
