	Marketing/Social Media: Help create posts for social media, design graphics, and creating out of the box ways to market the dogs and the organization!
	Photography: Capture photos of the adopt-a-bulls to help them find homes, or events and other opportunities for use in marketing the organization!
	Fundraising/Silent Auction: We host a virtual silent auction & need help getting items live on our auction website & in person help at pickup.
	Meet & Greets: Meet dogs and learn about dog interactions! We run our meets quite methodically to ensure safety and comfort for all parties involve.
	Rescue: Vet care is very important to us at Love-A-Bull. Help is needed in arranging appointments with our vet that works with the fosters (or adopters at times) schedule.
	Training: Whether you have official training experience or just an interest - come join the team. Typical cases are helping adopt-a-bulls meet strangers or work on their leash walking skills, with opportunities to become a Training Assistant for monthly classes.
	Dog Walking: Sometimes dogs are boarded, or we have high energy dogs in low energy foster homes. This is where our dog walkers come in! Come help a pup get an extra walk in and expend some extra pent-up energy.
	Website: Tech savvy people! Be our tech expert and help keep our website updated.
	Community Outreach: Assist community members in need of vet care, food, guidance for found dogs, training & behavior, and more depending on the case, as well as educate on responsible guardianship.
	Events (in person): Lead an in person event for adoptions, outreach opportunities or other profit share type events.
	Transport: Freedom Rides, meets, events...

LOVE-A-BULL, INC. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Volunteer Policies and Procedures The following are the Policies and Procedures for Love-A-Bull which you are responsible to follow at all times. All volunteers for Love-A-Bull are required to sign this agreement. Following these rules will make your Love-A-Bull volunteer experience a successful and fulfilling one and will protect the organization from harm. I will represent the Love-A-Bull program in a professional manner and be prompt and on time for every commitment made. I will be well-groomed. Comfortable and casual clothing is acceptable, with an emphasis on neatness and professionalism. No torn jeans, sleeveless shirts or open toe shoes/sandals/flip-flops are acceptable. I will clean up after any animal I handle. I will not tie animals to people, equipment or furniture. I will always keep its leash firmly in my control. I will not be under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs when volunteering. I will not borrow money or personal items, or receive personal tips, gifts or money from people I visit. Any donations received will be turned over to Love-A-Bull. I understand and agree that all services performed by me will be performed on a strictly voluntary basis and that I will receive no remuneration, pay or compensation of any kind. I understand that handling animals and performing other volunteer tasks that there is a risk of injury, including physical harm or death, and that all services performed by me will be done at its own risk. I understand Love-A-Bull strongly recommends that I keep current my tetanus immunization. I will not charge a fee for services in my role as a Love-A-Bull representative. In case of an accident or unusual occurrence I will immediately notify a Love-A-Bull Board member or representative. I understand I must obtain approved written permission from Love-A-Bull for each proposed usage of the Love-A-Bull name/logo or Pit Crew name/logo. I understand Love-A-Bull materials and logos are the property of Love-A-Bull and I will not use them without express written consent of a Love-A-Bull Board Member. I agree not to create any website, Facebook or other social media page or post, or participate in any other public forum such as review collection sites, with the intent to slander or do malicious harm by referencing or referring to Love-A-Bull or its employees, volunteers, officers, directors, and/or board members whether past or present with disparaging content. I agree to only contact other members of the Love-A-Bull organization, such as volunteers, fosters, adopters, officers, and/or directors for the purposes in which their contact information was shared with me and not to solicit, disparage the organization, or any other reason that reflects poorly on Love-A-Bull. By signing below, I confirm that the information I've provided in this form is correct, and I agree that I have read and will adhere to the above Policies and Procedures set forth by Love-A-Bull, Inc. from this day forward.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK In consideration of the services of Love-A-Bull Inc, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "LAB"), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge LAB, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows: 1. I acknowledge that my participation in animal rescue, animal training events, and adoption activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. I understand all incidents and accidents caused by adopted canines are solely my responsibility. The risks include, among other things: losing control of the dog may result in chases or approaches of persons upon streets, sidewalks, or any public grounds in a menacing fashion or apparent attitude of attack, a dog irrespective of its training and usual past behavior and characteristics may act or react unpredictably at times based upon instinct or fright; dog may bite or scratch; dogs with aggressive behaviors should not be around children or vulnerable adults, dogs should be lead on a leash when outside the home; transmissible pathogen or disease. 2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. 3. Indemnity, release and hold harmless agreement in favor of LAB. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAB from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action based upon or arising out of injuries, including death, to persons, or damages to or destruction of property, sustained or alleged to have been sustained in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to my participation in this activity or my use of LAB’s equipment or facilities, including any such claims, demands or causes of action which are based or founded, in whole or in part, upon the alleged negligent acts or omissions of LAB. 4. Should LAB or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs. 5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have. 6. In the event that I file a lawsuit against LAB, I agree to do so solely in the state of Texas, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining document shall remain in full force and effect. By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against LAB on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I also agree that this document is valid for subsequent visits and participation at LAB. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
