Purr Partners Volunteer Application V2.0

Purr Partners is a volunteer-run foster-based rescue. EVERY dollar that we receive goes directly to support the cats and kittens we rescue. Purr Partners is self-funded through adoption fees, donations, and fundraising events. But we cannot do it without volunteers like yourself, so thank you for being part of the solution!

Please note that most of our volunteering opportunities require you to be within driving distance of Wake Forest/Raleigh, North Carolina.

Volunteer's Information

Unfortunately, we cannot accept volunteers under 18 for liability reasons. However, many young men and women help by raising money, drawing animals as part of our Purr Partners Young Artists program, or by having food and toy drives. We would love your help -- you do not have to fill out this application to contribute in other ways!

Note: You must provide one valid phone number (home or cell) below. Thank you!

Volunteers sign up for a morning or evening slot Thurs-Sun to feed and interact with the kitties that are staying at PetSmart. Volunteers should be willing to commit to at least 2 slots a month.

Wandering Whiskers sets traps, pick up cats and get them to their appointment, return the cats to where trapped.

Note: Most of the cats in TNR program are semi-feral. TNR work tends to be very early morning, late evening so you need to live in the Franklin County area. Reliable transportation is required for transporting cats and setting traps.
