If/when homecheck is passed and the adoption fee has been paid, once we have confirmed transport etc we cannot refund anything due to everything already being paid. By continuing and submitting this form you fully understand and agree to this. Our adoption fee is £650- due to the UKs requirements for tests (for Romania, £500 for a dog born in the UK, we also have dogs at reduced fees, these will be agreed with the rescue before hand) and at time of booking home check we do require a £50 non refundable deposit (this will come off your adoption fee, will be refunded if you fail your home check only. Our Adoption fee is £650 per dog, please state "yes" to achknowledge that you have read and understand this (please note; if you cancel the adoption of the dog once the fee is paid, and the dog is booked on to transport, there will be a delay in the money- minus the £50- being returned to you) *
We require an Adoption Reservation fee of £50 in order to reserve your dog and book your homecheck, the amount will be put towards your £650 adoption fee when you pay (this will not be returned if you decide to cancel, the ONLY time it would be is if you failed your homecheck) please state "yes" to achknowledge that you have read and understand this *
If your dog is not been spayed/neutered age when you adopt them, in addition to the £650 adoption fee, we require a £50 neutering fee, which will be put in to a seperate account and returned to you once proof from your vet that they have been castrated has been submitted to us, please state "yes" to achknowledge that you have read and understand this *
