Sierra Pacific Furbabies Spay/Neuter Request

The request form allows 3 vouchers per person, not 3 per request. We will issue a maximum of 3 vouchers per individual. If your request includes both personal pets and TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), priority will be given to TNR vouchers. This program is intended to help reduce the overpopulation of stray cats, so we focus on supporting those efforts first. Also we have a limited number of vouchers we can issue each month.
