Volunteer Transporter

We often need help with transporting animals to and from the vets,
between ourselves and other rescues, to adoptive homes and from members of the public surrendering their animal(s).

Journeys will be from or to our HQ at our home in Bury, postcode BL9 8NB.
You'll need your own transport and you can offer to cover a journey as little or as often as you like, there is no minimum expectation.

Volunteers can claim mileage at 20p per mile when transporting for us per the below rules.

Transporting an Animal To Us (HQ in Bury):
- Mileage from either your home or our HQ (whichever is closer) to the pick-up location
plus
- Mileage from the pick-up location to our HQ

Transporting an Animal From Us:
- Mileage from our HQ to the drop-off location plus
- Mileage from the drop-off location to either your home or our HQ (whichever is closer)

Once you've filled out this form we'll add you to our list of transporters
and you'll receive an email or whatsapp message whenever we need any help!
