Dog Adoption Applicaton

If you would like to apply to adopt a dog from the Galway SPCA, please complete this application form.

Once your application is submitted you will receive an email reply with a copy of your application, which the Dog Rehoming Team will review.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reply to every application therefore only shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 14 days.

You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Our dog adoption fee is €250. This covers spaying/neutering, all vaccinations, microchipping, worming, de-fleaing.

If you are interested in more than one dog an application must be completed for each individual dog, as applications are not transferrable.

Only applications for dogs can be processed using this form as, cat and exotic animal applications use a different form.
