The Applicant agrees to Vada's Angel's completing reference and property checks.
The Applicant agrees to complete a trial for a period of up to two weeks, during which time Vada's Angels retains the ownership of the dog.
The Applicant agrees to pay the Adoption Fee of $400 for desexed adult dog or $250 for undesexed adult dog or puppy with a Desexing Contract to be signed (plus $60 if crate to be supplied by Vada's Angels) on approval of adoption and property check being completed. If the Adoption does not proceed the Adoption Fee will be refunded less an Administration Fee of $50.
The Applicant agrees to keep the dog on a long line whilst outside at all times during the trial period.
The Applicant agrees to contact Vada's Angels immediately if there are any issues or medical attention required for the dog during the trial period.
The Applicant agrees to return the dog to Vada's Angels if for any reason the Applicant can no longer provide care for the dog.
The Applicant understands that if at any time Vada's Angels has any serious concerns about the care, health, safety or welfare of the dog, Vada's Angels will have the right to uplift and take back the dog while the situation is being investigated.
The Applicant agrees to complete an Adoption and Transfer of Ownership Form should the adoption proceed after the trial period.
The Applicant agrees that the dog will be kept only as a domesticated house pet. This means that the dog will be kept indoors or in an approved outdoor housing area.
The Applicant states that he/she nor any member of the family have never been subject to a formal complaint or legal action for cruelty to or neglect of animals and have never owned an animal which has been confiscated by any agency for violations of any laws, regulations or animal adoption agreements.
The Applicant understands and agrees that Vada's Angels is not responsible for any damage caused by the dog, nor liable for any costs incurred.
