For your application for be considered a property check will need to be completed. We trust you are happy for Vadas Angels to do this.
The following are our standard requirements:
* Your home must have a safe, fenced in area to keep your dog in
* There must be a proper shelter for your dog if left outside during any part of the day BUT if the dogs are under 3 months old they must not be left outside unsupervised
* The dog you adopt will be a domestic house pet and MUST sleep inside as part of your family

* The Applicant agrees to Vadas Angel's completing property checks.
* The Applicant agrees to foster animals on behalf of Vadas Angels, during which time Vadas Angels retains the ownership of the animal.
* The Applicant agrees that they will not pass a foster animal onto a prospective new owner without the approval from Vadas Angels
* The property where foster animal is staying must be fully fenced and secured.
* The Foster animal must not be at home alone for more than 6hrs a day.
* The Foster animal must be treated as an indoor pet (unless stated).
* There will be a note book with the foster animal, we ask that this is filled in as to keep a record for future adoptive family and for our own records.
* Vadas Angels will make sure we are in weekly contact and make visits fortnightly.
* The Applicant agrees to meet with trainer if needed
* The Foster animal (dog) is to be kept on lead at all times while not in fenced property.
* The Applicant agrees to take full responsibility for foster animal while in their care (except
vet, food or training costs unless offered).
* The Applicant agrees to contact Vadas Angels immediately if there are any issues or medical attention required for the dog
* The Applicant agrees to return the dog to Vadas Angels if for any reason the Applicant can no longer provide care for the dog.
* The Applicant agrees to return any crates, bedding, toys and leftover food supplied with the dog.* The Applicant understands that if at any time Vadas Angels has any serious concerns about the care, health, safety or welfare of the dog, Vadas Angels will have the right to uplift and take back the foster animal.
* The Applicant agrees that the foster animal will be kept only as a domesticated house pet. This means that the foster animal will be kept indoors or in an approved outdoor housing area.
* The Applicant states that he/she nor any member of the family have never been subject to a formal complaint or legal action for cruelty to or neglect of animals and have never owned an animal which has been confiscated by any agency for violations of any laws, regulations or animal adoption agreements.
The Applicant understands and agrees that Vadas Angels is not responsible for any damage caused by the dog, nor liable for any costs incurred.
