By volunteering with Marion County Animal Control, I acknowledge that working with animals carries risks including injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I release and hold harmless Marion County, its officials, employees, and volunteers from any liability arising from my volunteer activities. I understand that Marion County is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and agree to be responsible for all related costs.
