Adoption Application

All of our adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have had age appropriate vaccinations. By adopting you have committed to providing your new cat with any medical care he or she may require. All of our cats are vaccinated with age appropriate vaccines. If additonal vaccines are needed it is the responsibility of the adopter to obtain. Our aim is to match the right temperament of animal with the right family for successful adoptions. Pet ownership is a serious responsibility and a lifetime commitment. The adoption fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to verify any information provided in this application and to decline any application. In order to adopt, you need to be at least 18 years old and have permission from your landlord, if you rent.
